We will focus on health measures such as; Blood pressure, resting heart rate, Hip waist ratio, cholesterol levels and your biological age.
No matter what your goals, whether it be increase fitness, lose weight or just look great for the beach this summer our personal trainers will be able to help you achieve all your health and fitness goal TRAIN IN A SMALL GROUP up to 4 times PER WEEK with a Personal trainer with over 16yrs experience Personal Training sessions are run from the Nunawading Community Center. Sessions will run indoor or outdoors weather permitting. |
